(1) Action Goals – What will you complete this month? website? business plan? business cards? attend networking events? create your logo? design your packaging? create a blitz for your team? learn how to do something? get organized
(2) Revenue Goals – How much revenue will you create? This is the actual $ you want to make (before expenses). Sometimes we need to create events to bring in more revenue. Sometimes you have to add new revenue streams (not a new business, but new way of bringing in the money).
